BOOKING POLICY
All appointments require a deposit that goes towards the service fee to hold your spot. Before booking, please ensure you have read all policies and service information relevant to your procedure type {Powder Brows, Combo Brows or Lip Blus}. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your booking fee if cancellation is necessary for any reason.
RESCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Any changes to your appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late reschedules and cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee as there will not be enough time to fill the spot. Same day no-shows or cancellations will be charged half of the service cost.
Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment. Please plan accordingly to ensure you can attend your future scheduled appointments.
TARDINESS POLICY
Please allow extra time to arrive for your appointment. There is a 15 minute grace period for arriving to the salon. If we cannot start your appointment within 15 minutes of scheduled appointment, we will need to reschedule and you will be required to submit a new booking deposit. We cannot accommodate tardiness.
